Community Guidelines

Sealed Rose is a paid, 1:1 messaging platform connecting verified adult creators with verified adult buyers, in the United States. These Guidelines describe what’s expected of everyone who uses Sealed Rose — what’s allowed, what’s prohibited, and what happens when the rules are broken. They exist to keep our creators safe, keep the platform legal to operate, and keep everyone here an adult who wants to be here.

1. Who this applies to

These Guidelines apply to everyone on Sealed Rose — every creator and every buyer, without exception. You must be 18 or older and have completed Sealed Rose’s identity and age verification to hold an account. There are no accounts for minors, no browsing without verification, and no exceptions for public figures, repeat customers, or anyone else. Sealed Rose currently operates in the United States only; by using the platform you confirm you are physically located in the US and are legally an adult under US law.

2. Our principles

  • Verified adults only. Every creator completes government-ID and liveness verification before they can post or message. Every buyer completes age verification before they can pay or message.
  • Consent, always. Everyone appearing in content, and everyone in a conversation, has actually agreed to be there. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Safety first, for creators especially. We build detection, reporting, and response around protecting creators — not just around avoiding liability for us.
  • Honesty. Be who you say you are. Don’t fake who you’re talking to, don’t fake what you’re offering, and don’t fake consent.

3. What’s allowed

Sealed Rose is an adult platform. Consensual, adult, sexual content and conversation between two verified adults is allowed and is the point of the product — explicit photos, videos, and text, paid per message or per minute, between a creator and a buyer who have each been through verification. Paid interaction is priced per message or per minute, the same model used by legal camming platforms. Sealed Rose does not sell content or conversation “per act” or “per encounter,” because nothing paid for on Sealed Rose happens in person.

4. What’s prohibited

All of the below is enforced the same way: automatically, consistently, and on the record (see Section 6).

(a) Minors, CSAM, and any sexualization of minors — zero tolerance. Anyone under 18 is banned from Sealed Rose, full stop — as a creator, a buyer, or the subject of any content or conversation. This includes any real, generated, drawn, or otherwise depicted content that sexualizes a minor or appears to, and any conversation that solicits, describes, or sexualizes a minor. There is no warning for this category: detected or reported violations result in an immediate, permanent, automatic ban, preservation of the evidence, and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as required by federal law (18 U.S.C. §2258A), with referral to law enforcement. Detection alone triggers the ban.

(b) Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Sharing, uploading, requesting, or threatening to share intimate images or video of a real person who did not consent is prohibited — including images originally taken consensually but shared without consent, and “deepfake” or AI-manipulated intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person. Anyone who believes their image has been or might be shared without consent can hash it privately through StopNCII.org, a free service that lets participating platforms block matching images without anyone ever sending or viewing the image itself.

Removal request — for anyone, no account required (TAKE IT DOWN Act). If an intimate image or video of you — real, or an AI-generated “digital forgery” — has been posted on Sealed Rose without your consent, you can request its removal whether or not you have an account here, through our no-login non-consensual imagery removal form. Include a statement, in good faith, that the depiction was published without your consent, your signature, and enough information for us to find the content. We remove the reported depiction, and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies, within 48 hours of a valid request. This is separate from our copyright/DMCA process and from our CSAM handling.

(c) Arranging to meet in person, or soliciting paid in-person contact. This is a hard line: Sealed Rose is a messaging platform for people who never meet. Arranging, offering, requesting, or soliciting a paid in-person meeting of any kind — including through euphemism, emoji, coded language, “incall/outcall,” “donations for my time,” rate-per-hour framing, exchanging contact info to move off-platform to meet, or naming a city, venue, or location to arrange a meeting — is prohibited regardless of how it’s phrased or framed as a joke. What is fine: verified creators and buyers can talk about anything else, including their lives and off-platform hobbies. The line is arranging or soliciting in-person contact for pay. Any detected attempt triggers an automatic ban and evidence retention — never a warning first.

(d) Circumventing payment. Buyers pay Sealed Rose, not creators directly. Asking a buyer to pay outside the platform (cash apps, gift cards, crypto), or offering a discount for paying off-platform, is prohibited — it protects creators’ payouts, protects buyers from scams, and protects the safety guarantees that only apply on-platform.

(e) Harassment, threats, doxxing, and extortion. Prohibited in any direction: threats of violence, harm, or exposure; harassment and repeated unwanted contact after being told to stop; doxxing; and sextortion (threatening to release private or intimate content unless paid or coerced). Threats against a creator are the single fastest thing we act on — see Section 5.

(f) Impersonation and synthetic/deepfake misrepresentation. You have to be who your profile says you are. Prohibited: anyone other than the verified creator using her account to message or sell without clear disclosure; presenting AI-generated or bot-written messages as personally from the verified creator without disclosure; creating or using synthetic/deepfake content of a real, identifiable person without consent; and impersonating another real person, creator, or Sealed Rose staff.

(g) Illegal content, generally. Anything illegal under US federal or applicable state law that isn’t already covered above — including real non-consensual violence, facilitation of illegal drug or weapon sales, and any other content or conduct that violates the law.

5. Reporting

Reporting anything on Sealed Rose takes two taps — from any message, image, or profile, tap to report and tap the category. Categories map directly to how seriously and how fast we act:

  • Minor / CSAM — immediate automatic ban, evidence preserved, NCMEC CyberTipline report filed, law-enforcement referral where warranted.
  • Threat to a creator’s safety — prioritized above everything else and routed for urgent human review, with a target of a human response within 1 hour.
  • In-person solicitation — automatic ban on detection, evidence preserved, human review.
  • Non-consensual imagery — content removed, evidence preserved, human review, StopNCII available.
  • Harassment / doxxing / extortion, payment circumvention, impersonation / deepfake — human review and enforcement per Section 6.

Anyone can report non-consensual imagery via the no-login removal form, and creators can file a takedown from their dashboard. You can also reach us through the Report / Removal page.

6. Enforcement

Detect-and-act, never edit-and-publish. When our systems or a moderator detect a violation, the response is to act on it — remove content, restrict the account, or ban it — never to quietly edit or republish it.

The response fits the severity of what happened:

  • Warning — a first, lower-severity issue.
  • Content removal — the specific message, image, or post is taken down.
  • Suspension — temporary loss of access, usually with required acknowledgment before reinstatement.
  • Ban — permanent loss of access.

For the most serious categories — minors/CSAM, in-person solicitation, and non-consensual imagery — there is no ladder: detection triggers an automatic ban and evidence retention immediately, and a human reviews after the fact. Every enforcement action, automatic or human, is logged with who or what took it, what it was, why, and when; nothing is silently deleted. If an action was wrong it is corrected with a new, equally logged action. Appeals go to a human who did not take the original action — except a confirmed CSAM ban or any action tied to a legally mandated report to law enforcement or NCMEC, which is permanent and cannot be appealed.

7. How we cooperate with law enforcement

We respond to lawful requests — subpoenas, warrants, and other valid legal process — and we preserve evidence connected to reports and enforcement actions. Where the law requires us to report specific conduct (like CSAM to NCMEC), we do so regardless of whether a formal request has been made. We don’t share user information with law enforcement outside valid legal process except where the law requires or permits it (mandatory CSAM reporting, or an imminent-harm emergency).

8. Changes to these Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines as the platform, the law, or our understanding of both evolves. Material changes will be posted with a visible effective date, and where practical we’ll notify active users directly. Continuing to use Sealed Rose after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Guidelines.
